Service Description

In this free session we will explore how somatic coaching can help your personal healing journey. This session is free and exclusively for those interested in joining the 12 week healing program for ongoing support. This session can also be booked for those wishing to learn more about the mindstate journey support program.

Cancellation Policy

Any refunds are on a discretionary basis. We will do our best to accomadate reschedule requests made 48 hours in advance. Reschedule, cancellations or no shows less than 24 hours in advance forfeit your purchase.
